6yThank you for your feedback and we're sorry you didn't leave JRNI feeling positive about your experience. We try very hard to create an exciting environment that rewards and engages the team but unfortunately sometimes there are decisions that must be made which are out of our control. Whilst losing "half the workforce" is an extreme exaggeration considering we sadly had to let go of a small number of the global team, we can appreciate that the news was not nice to receive. When choosing the best way to announce this, we had to take into consideration the strict information security requirements upon us considering the nature of our client base and the access our team had to their infrastructure. As a result, we followed best practice and then ensured each and every person either affected or not was given ongoing support and that they had the opportunity to fully discuss the decision and look at any viable alternatives. We're sorry your experience didn't match our high standards but wish you the best of luck in the rest of your career and please know our door is always open. Team JRNI.
