      You are not micromanaged running daily operations

      Cons

      The ownership is more focused on other ventures and do not address any situations, requests for assistances or direction and then without cause or evaluation, certainly no communication you will be terminated with severance due to the executives knowing that leadership team they have put in place has failed.
