Benefits are poor. Management is very poor that demonstrates relational aggression led by gossips and shady business practices. Inconsistent company policy. Rules are frequently changed and created that serves the company's mood of the day. Nepotism is evident. Employees know more than the upper management about the product and business. Management constantly gaslights employees and creates hostile environment because they attempt to manage the teams, but fail to know how to do the job.
