Pros

Some of the people I have met are great. Free fruit.

Cons

Js law Do not provide sufficient training, it is training aimed at those who already know what they are doing and are refreshers for the most part. Management is very flawed, confidentiality is questionable between conversations, and it’s a very intimidating environment as those in your team are not welcoming. Rather talk to you one way and talk behind your back, not a very professional environment. The lack of ability to-do, & not just merely say is blatantly obvious within management. Long story ‘short’ train management. Made to feel like you cannot take your 1 hour lunch. Bullying culture, which seems to be acceptable and normal here& completely disregarded by HR. No clear structure for the training and was made to feel like a burden to the team when asking for help.

Pros

- Some of the colleagues - not all but some good gems - located near pub to drown your sorrows

Cons

- managers are brown nosers and have no idea of what they are doing - if your face does not fit then you are singled out - racism is very apparent and also means you don’t progress - lots of lies told to string you a long and when you bring it back up, you are made to look like a liar - senior manager who everyone reports to is so far from the work force and all the issues around and doesn’t care at all about his staff. He expects you to break your back for him and then treats you awful when you want a chat. - if you are not within the selected few who run the place, you are treated awful and made to feel unwelcomed - when you are told information from the senior manager such as redundancies, they are very coy and tell you to speak to your own manager so he clearly does not have any confidence in speaking to his team and puts it all on the manager beneath him..hiding behind the desk approach!
