We're sorry for the inconvenience during your time with us. Our secondary bathroom doesn't have an issue with the hot water, but rather its proximity to employee desks. We ask, as a courtesy to those near that restroom, that everyone uses the main bathroom which has full functionality and is just on the other side of the wall as our secondary bathroom. As to our hours, we are flexible with our hours to accommodate those that like to start earlier or later. Though the hours need to be approved by your manager, many like the flexibility that we offer. We apologize for any unprofessionalism that occurs in the office, and our HR team is ready and willing to help in any instances that you feel aren't handled in a professional manner.
