      At JSM Technology, Inc., you are valued as an employee and respected as an individual. Nobody gets "lost in the numbers" - - your individual goals will be aligned with company goals. You are surrounded by an experienced team who wants to see you succeed. In 7 years, I have never had a single issue with compensation or benefits, which are highly competitive.

      Duties can vary to some degree in order to adapt to changing needs within the organization - may require some level of flexibility.
