Good opportunity for learning for New joinies if you are interested in core manufacturing process and want to work on shopfloor.
Cons
For shop floor team, you have come shifts. There is only one weekly off. Harsh and dusty work environment for shop floor work. Extra duty on shutdown without extra pay. Also company location is far from city, so need to stay 30-40 km away for better stay like panvel area. No work life balance.
