Nicest colleagues I have ever had in a working environment

Super high workload (worked almost every weekend/every bank holiday and till late at night), super tiny salery and not a good work environment for foreigners that don’t speak any German at all. Nobodys is willing to speak English and you feel left out in the decision making process. No chance for development or personal grow

Young, dynamic and communicative team, very accesible partners and directors, sensitive with extra work. Communication flows are good. Normally they deal with important projects ranging a number of typologies, from residential to office or educational. Interesting professionally.

Despite being very interesting to work in small teams and cooperate with external offices, sometimes deadlines and design board decissions lead to extra hours. However, these tend to be compensated otherwise. Slightly worse paid than concurrence.
