      Easy to get the job and the staffs are quite nice

      Cons

      No training or whatsoever, made me stand outside a shop for the whole day by myself on my first day. Didn't give me the salary they said they would give me.

      Work Life Balance can be achieved Have some good managers and nice colleagues

      Cons

      No Employee benefits No employee engagement program HR Department is literally non existent Management orientation only towards the bottom line No T&D programs organised from Company Side
