      Pros

      Under the right leadership, it's still a small organization with very little employees and lots of great opportunities to become a world leader in the commercial aviation aftermarket parts and leasing portions of the business.

      Cons

      Executive management staff does not have very good knowledge of basic product information. Communication from top tier management is non exsistant any direction downward.

      Pros

      Workers are given freedom and autonomy. It has good name recognition as far as jet engine leasing companies are concerned.

      Cons

      Management has low regard for employees. Executives place high precedence on playing "the blame game" and are largely absent. They practice character assassination of former employees.
