JTC is a wonderful company to work for they investing in staff offering training courses, the opportunity to move and work in other jurisdictions and they even have a wellness program. There is a really friendly family feel to JTC and the Management team are always on hand to offer support and encourage staff. It’s a unique company with its shared ownership, everyone benefits from the success of the company creating a motivated team that goes the extra mile.
