Pros
As a long term employee I've seen some changes at Juice that I haven't liked but at the sometime some changes that are definitely positive: -Good work / life balance -Freedom to work without micro management -Balanced and transparent management style - open accessible -Some great people - smart, capable and fun -Good pay -Nice offices, central in a good part of the city
Cons
The pressure from the owners to be increasingly profitable has had it's impact of management and culture. Most of the management, with the exception of one has gone. What remains in a bare-bones structure, which means that operations are resource starved. Despite this the business is still managing to move along, but not at the speed it did before and the internal togetherness and culture has suffered.
