      No Guidance for teaching assistants, teaching assistant has no control on final grading process as well as penalties for cheating students (They don't get zero), Salary is much lower than minimum acceptable salary in Jordan

      Pros

      work hard, high skills and communicated with patients and physicians. Excellent English writer and speaker. Very good knowledge with computer uses. Have many courses in BLS, Biosecurity and waste managements. Doing all lab tests manual and automated. Have ability to blood draw and diagnosis during a critical time. Doing all the criteria of Accreditations and ISO Procedure's. Doing Calibration and quality control assurance.

      Need a cup of coffee to start my day probably. Otherwise, I don't have.

      The campus is clean and they have a good cafeteria for employees and students.

      Where do I start? The toxic culture, the incompetent staff at every level the egos!
