I don’t see any. There is a desire to improve in areas of equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Staff is regularly trained in this arena and has initiatives in place to be even better going forward.

Outdoor activities the company organized — they were a great way to connect and unwind.

The team consists primarily of non-technical members, which can make collaboration on technical tasks challenging. Additionally, internal politics and management practices have created a work environment that is not always supportive or efficient.
