Poor career opportunities, there are no senior engineers to train juniors, all are self-taught here

The company lacks proper senior leadership and technical guidance. Junior developers are expected to deliver complex work without mentorship, clear documentation, or structured processes. Expectations are very high, but there is little support to help employees succeed. The work culture often feels toxic, with pressure to deliver results but no clear direction on how things should be done. Communication and project planning also need significant improvement.
