      Great team and relaxed culture. Outcome focused organisation which empowers employees to be independent and complete their work how best works with their life (family / other commitments). Good benefits and perks, and great team / office environment.

      Cons

      High performing, does not have much room for slacking. Work can get a bit monotonous, depending on the contract.
