      compare to other hotel in medan JW MARRIOTT offer realy great benefit for loyal associate, associate who has served for 2 years given a full time status. also plenty resources for associate to grow their career with great training platform and material.

      Cons

      the work load can be very demanding and for over time work hour can be considered as loyalty hour.
