No work life balance, over worked, lack of trained staff and poor higher management, absolutely no appreciation for all the hard work put in. Poor higher management, dirty politics in the hotel. Inefficient HR management. Lot of issues involved. Not 5 star hotel when you've worked there and seen the reality.
