Zero Possibility for Advancement-You're Just a Temp - SALES ASSTAINT JWilliams Staffing Employee Review

Pros

You get to see a lot of different new home developments.

Cons

You are viewed by JWS and the home builders as a temp. No matter how hard you work with the customers to hand off warm sales leads, they do not care. You're a warm body keeping the models open. That's it. No incentives, and no raises. No compensation for mileage, and everything is totally last-minute with their scheduling team.

Thank you for sharing your perspective on your time at JWilliams Staffing. We want to acknowledge that your experience does not reflect the journey of everyone at our company. We understand that everyone’s experience can vary, and we're sorry to hear that your time with us did not align with the positive and supportive environment we strive to create. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our employees, offering exclusive online training courses and coaching from our regional managers. In fact, a significant number of our employees go on to work full-time with the company of their choice. We understand that your experience was not what you had hoped for, and if you are open to further discussion, we would welcome the chance to hear more about your specific experiences. Please feel free to reach out to your regional JWS manager to discuss.

Pros

Very communicative, decent wages and good assignments. This agency really has their act together and does prepare you properly for the assignments they send you on.

Cons

None I would go back if I lived in the area

Pros

Can see if it's something you'd like to pursue in the future. It's great if you don't really need the Money and you just want something to do every once in a while.

Cons

If you live in Orange County there aren't many New Home Developments, so they offer assignments an hr drive away. You're "On-call" and never know when you'll get an assignment, sometimes it's the morning of the opportunity. I've responded "Yes' to the offer within seconds of getting thetext blast and it's given to someone else.
