Pros
JYSK is amazing place to work. I had to leave because low pay that is very common in retail. Colleagues, work space, canteen, work-life balance, gained knowledge, hands on experience, empowerment and more... all that was great at JYSK!
Cons
The pay is low compared to other companies, probably similar to other retail companies, but definitely underpaid to the role average in Denmark.
