Pros
Some coworkers are great to work with, others not so much. A good balance between independent and collaborative work/projects. Can often get busy but it's manageable.
Cons
Poor management - manager doesn't know how to schedule and discipline his employees. Short staffed even during busy seasons. Manager doesn't like to teach his employees anything so when a customer needs help with something we would often have to redirect them to the manager or someone who does know what to do. No benefits and the discount isn't that great.
