Not paid enough for the work you do. They don't know how to run a business. Always understaffed. False promises to progress. Help new people for a week and then leave you in it with no more help. Does not care for the well being of the staff. The only staff to kind of make it good with the business aren't those that work hard but those that give HQ management pretty words.
