No pros….I can’t even say the two days you were entitled to off per week were a pro because you didn’t even get them

Absolute disaster. I’m reading all the reviews and I am convinced that someone in the office has told all the senior management to write good reviews on the company because if you ask anybody honestly who works there, they will tell you it’s an absolute nightmare. You never have enough staff, deliveries come once or twice per week (you never know when they just show up)and some times you will only have 2 people there to cover a 50 pallet/ 35 ton delivery. They don’t care if you work until midnight they just expect you to some how get it done. 50kg staff members expected to lift 50kg boxes. No trainings just thrown into the deep end as 90% of the stores are struggling to keep the staff in them so there is never any support. This is by far the worst organisation I’ve ever worked for and I honestly could not get out of there faster. If you dare to go then good luck because after a couple of months of you telling yourself ‘it’ll get better’ it never does!
