      Pros

      It was a decent experience working for Jabil and I had the opportunity to work with some excellent people while I was there.

      Cons

      At my work location there was too much leadership disorganization and that made the work tasks chaotic and difficult to complete.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
