      Working in Radius, a Jabil company, I am provide innovation and product development consultancy to MNC China branches and major Chinese brands in various industries such as healthcare, packaging, electronics, durable goods, etc.

      Cons

      Jabil, as a global contract manufacturing brand, is working with its accounts globally in a BU system, which has blocked our China business development more or less.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
