      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Laid back environment. Great place for people who want to work hard and willing to put in the hours.

      Cons

      Poor pay for what they expect you to do. And expect everyone to work basically every weekend. Not a balanced home and work life. They lay off good people and keep "friends" vs people who work extremely hard or who are more qualified for the position. I worked hard for a promotion, I got lots of promise was it coming. Turned out to be all lies. You need to be in the "click".

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
