Good working environment, good benefits. The products we make for our customers in the healthcare industry are the best, and we usually have the right tools to make this happen.
Cons
There is a definite disconnect between upper management and the production employees. We need to be informed of the current state of business with OUR company and have management listen to our concerns and ideas.
