      Cons

      Bad company culture. People are rude and stupid. Only know to push you but mostly they have no clues. PM knows nothing but being arrogant and sarcastic. Engineers got me doubt if he ever go to engineering school.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
