Pros
The HR Generalist at the Poughkeepsie location knew more than the HR Manager. Most of us preferred to work with the Generalist. there were constant rumors about the HR Manager's drinking at work. How can anyone feel comfortable talking to that type of manger.
Cons
The way management treated employees. No respect, hostile environment during end of quarters. Nasty unit managers that did not acknowledge employees
