Good benefit, mess management, no team work, pity new hire - Anonymous employee Jabil Employee Review

Politic, only top manager n senior know how to solve some complicated problem but they unwilling to teach new hire even the problem is repeated. No team work especially different department, new employees been bullies by senior or leader of others department, keep blaming if new employees do thing wrongly. No professional training for new hire, only depend to buddy who also busy and need responsible to their daily task. Culture of this company is only good for some employees who work more than 2 years. HR not friendly and not professional in solving employees internal problems
