Pros
They will hire nearly anyone and give them a chance. I came into this company with 0 manufacturing experience after 9 years of caregiving. I learned a lot here and got good at what I was doing. I was highly valued by middle management.
Cons
High turnover, the best people always leave. The pay was though. I started at $12/hr in 2015 and a year later was at 13.75. The people I talked to who still work there say it hasn't changed. I now work at about company in the same city doing the same job for $17/hr. This makes this place a great place to get in, get experience, then get a real job. They are constantly training new people because this department is a revolving door.
