      Jabil Memphis is just average, pay, location, except for work environment, management has no clue how to recover from losing customers.

      Cons

      Not recommended if you are looking for a stable income, might get laid off any moment due to most of the facility empty and struggling to stay afloat.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
