      Pros

      Products are good and are proven to help improve peoples lives.

      Cons

      Poor management training and a weak HR. Badly managed bullying in the workplace causing decreased productivity, lower morale, and higher personnel turnover. Buddy buddy systems instead of hiring well qualified individuals with credentials. QE's start at the bottom of the pay scale, even if they have experience or certified.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
