Good work environment and nice people

Pay relatively lower than competitors

Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
