      Good pay. Friendly atmosphere among employees.

      Cons

      Bad work/life balance. No room to improve once you make one mistake. You are labeled as a bad egg even though you have had good performance and have been loyal to the company. You will be ghosted by management for any additional opportunities even though the mistake was an outlier with minimal impact.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
