      Jabil is a global company and offers many opportunities for career advancement. The benefits and time off are average. The employees are great to work with. The West Chester site smaller and has a good vibe. The manufacturing area is very clean and bright and nice and cool in the summer.

      Jabil is a lean manufacturing company and is not for everyone. They offer incentives for the plant performing well.
