Pay is too less plus management lies. They ask to do kaizen events and you will get reward when you do kaizen and improve the process then they give you Bellshill reasons not to pay.

Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota.
Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
