A lot to learn in the additive field.
Cons
The barest minimum is done to meet federal standards. No opportunity for advancement despite multiple promises from management. Huge lack of communication between sites & departments. Way too many responsibilities shoved onto remaining employees instead of hiring replacements for people who leave. You will spend hours of overtime every day as people promise time off in the future which never materializes. The higher ups skirt accountability at every opportunity.
