OT is mandatory when you work in the factory. They adjust your schedule and give short notice. You are hired as M-F mandatory Saturday OT. If you need Saturday off which is supposed to be your day off you have to use PTO. Management doesn’t know the job you are doing. The team leads do and they are great. One minute late is an occurrence. After working 10 hr days weeks/months at a time 6 days a week.
