Pros
Jabil offers many benefits. They also care about their community and humanity in general. They provide multiple volunteer opportunities. This is one of the benefits I enjoy the most. From my experience, Jabil is also flexible with their employees depending on their situation.
Cons
Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative regarding Jabil except that maybe, at least in my department, they require you to be in the office. Most are allowed to work hybrid, however, working remote wasn't an issue during COVID lockdown so, I don't understand why it is an issue now.
