      Pros

      Lots of people who have been there a long time, who if you fit in with their culture, it's the best place you could ever ask to work.

      Cons

      You have to really map things out on your own, which isn't such a bad thing when you take into account the work cell structure of Jabil.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
