      Pros

      The people a nice for the most part. Most of the time there is overtime. When the company does well, we get profit sharing.

      Cons

      The work schedule usually changes on Friday. This makes planning a weekend difficult. There is always a push at the end of quarter to get products out; the beginning of quarter is always slow. They can not even out the work load for some reason. The pay is below average also.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
