      There are no pros to this job

      Cons

      Too many bosses not enough employees. Low pay rates compared to other companies. Not much room to advance, they lie to you and promise promotions never given. They hire friends and family first. Sexual harassment, discrimination, and blatant favoritism goes on. You gotta be one of the " good ole boys" to reach advancement, or either suck up and snitch on ppl.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
