Excellent benefits, supportive peers, phenomenal life work balance, robust solutions, self-enabling environment. Good collaboration between peers and customers, sleek solution.
Cons
Ineffective, under qualified leadership, micro management by managers who don't know how to manage, no enrichment or challenges, no room to move up because of current management's lack of confidence to allow new innovative contribution. Poor operational processes, incorrect reporting so you miss quotas because of their internal problems. No recognition, only marginalization of sales.
