Pros

- I could work from home - I met some really cool people

Cons

- Knowingly left customers in the dark about how long our return/replacement processes would take, not informing them that multiple stops were involved - Disregarded feedback from customer service staff about what would improve the customer service experience (and save staff from taking the brunt of often times abusive customer frustration) - Proposed changes would take ages to come to fruition, if they ever did. - Upper management did not care about morale as long as the workload was handled and numbers were there.

Great pay, great environment, management mostly on point, bottom-up atmosphere

Cons

Occasional mismanagement that then falls upon the customer service reps to pick up the slack.
