Pros

Organization is focused on working with good people (employees and clients) Client roster is impressive and growing Lots of opportunity for autonomy and growth as a smaller agency Good work/life balance, especially for PR and agency world

Cons

Is still an agency -- client relationships can be difficult to maintain for many reasons outside of the business's control Partnering with start-ups means working through ambiguity and disorganization Funding climate has been tough in 2023, so client finances have been challenged
