Pros
The employees are friendly and positive.
Cons
At Jackpot.com, it's very much all about the money. Staff are dispensable, and the company culture really makes you feel that way. If things aren't working out how they want, they will let people go at the drop of a hat, instead of addressing the real issues within the company. You don't feel secure, and with their old-fashioned views on flexible working, you don't feel trusted either. They are very quick to demand you go above and beyond for the company, but are nowhere to be seen when you eventually reach burn-out and want to be fairly compensated for the work you do. You have no autonomy over your work, feeling like a secretary as opposed to a contributor. If they would put as much effort into taking care of their staff as they do into relentlessly over-negotiating to get services on the cheap, it would be a very different experience.
