They have a great sparkling water machine. That’s all.

The CEO will yell at employees in the hallways and talk poorly of them in the lunch room to other employees for everyone to hear. Leadership needs to learn how to be leaders and not just talk poorly of employees. This is also not a place to learn or make mistakes. When mistakes are made you will be met with anger. There will be no understanding of why the mistake happened or how to prevent it in the future. You will be expected to read their minds on how things need to be done as they will not take the time to show you anything.
