Great co-workers. Makes you feel welcome. Eager to teach you. Good part-time pay for 29 hours and working nights for 3 days each week.
Cons
Used to be very well-rounded and good for the employee. Opportunities and verbal encouragement for full-time employment ultimately dwindled away for part-time employees instead. Odd decisions in the end amount to more work for the same pay
