Pros

The people you work with are mostly cool.

Cons

Upper management uses and abuses the service center. As soon as Laura Preiskorn took over everything went downhill. It is more apparent than ever that we are just all cogs in a machine. They raised base wages to incentivize new hires but did not proportionately increase tenured associate’s pay. They have “cracked down” on the time we spend facing computer issues (which are primarily due to their outsourcing our tech), and are micro managing every minute of our day.

Excellent company to grow and advance your career.

Cons

The 3rd party company that supports LOA is extremely difficult to work with regardless if you are extremely accountable and organized which can make LOA situations stressful.

Pros

Work-life balance and most individual contributors are nice to work with.

Cons

Leadership get to their positions by being in the company a long time, not through competence or merit. As a result, all of the worst symptoms of bad management come out. Poor decision making, favoritism, incompetence, retaliation, etc, are everywhere.
